ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Victoria Campbell has broad experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child support and spousal support matters, child custody issues, post-judgment modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

She discovered her passion for family law through an internship during her undergraduate time at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. During law school, Ms. Campbell received CALI Excellence for the Future awards in criminal law and in gender and law studies, and served as co-president of the family law society.

Following her graduation from Santa Clara University School of Law and admission to the California Bar in 2016, Ms. Campbell practiced estate planning and probate law. While she enjoyed estate planning, her main interest remained in family law and she transitioned to an exclusive family law practice in 2018. Ms. Campbell is a current member of the California Lawyers Association, a former member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and former board member of the San Mateo County Bar Association’s Barrister’s section.

Ms. Campbell has broad experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child support and spousal support matters, child custody issues, post-judgment modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She values and recognizes the importance of providing clients with personalized service unique to each client’s circumstances, and serving as a trusted and reliable advocate for clients.

When not at work, Ms. Campbell enjoys spending her time traveling, cooking and baking, and chasing after her children and chickens.

Education


Ms. Campbell graduated graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2016.
